The sidewalks of Park Slope buzzed with anticipation as families made their way to school today.
Want to help make a difference this school year? PS 295’s Family Teacher Association needs volunteer leaders to help with social media, preschool families, and new language advocacy.
PS 295 is introducing some exciting programs and initiatives this year, including an exemplary after school provider, Right At School.
Some of the fresh faces around PS 295 aren’t just the students: the school is happy to introduce some new staff who are joining the dream team.
The recent graduates from the Class of 2025 wanted to share some of their dreams with incoming and returning students.

On Saturday September 20, the local arts educaton nonprofit, Mural Justice Project, will host their annual neighborhood street festival.
While it’s still a hot and humid summer outside, there’s something cool happening inside PS 295: The Studio School of Arts and Culture.
The new Summer Book Club on Fridays (10–11am) this summer at PS 295 Gazebo starts July 18 and features a weekly guest reader.
